How Important Contemplation in Our Daily Lives!

The word contemplation is often associated with religions and spiritual practices. Often we think it’s only for monks and nuns because we are confused with some contemplative practices!  In today’s fast-moving world, many of us are constantly in a rush, rushing from one task to the next without taking time to pause for a moment to reflect.   We are constantly bombarded with information, services, and distractions. Finding peace and quiet time to reflect on our thoughts and feelings can be a challenge. However, time for contemplation is essential to our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.   This is a time when we can pause, disconnect from the outside world, and turn our attention inward.
