Having a calm mind allows one to handle difficult situations with wisdom and perfection. Instead of reacting immediately with anger or frustration, they can react with compassion and understanding, thereby diffusing conflict and building mutual respect and values for persons not affected by their opinions and judgments. 

Non-violence helps individuals to engage in constructive dialogue and cooperation as a means of peaceful conflict resolution. By empathetically listening to the perspectives of others and communicating openly and honestly, individuals can bridge differences and find some common ground for well-being. Spiritual teachings frequently emphasize the significance of reconciliation and forgiveness letting pass of all hatred, anger, and resentment can free one from the cycle of violence and broaden empathy and understanding for others.

It begins with small, concrete daily actions that demonstrate little compassion, tolerance, and respect for all creatures.
